What is the Digital Signing Feature?
The Digital Signing Feature allows applicants to digitally sign the bond application form via a secure, browser-based platform. This report is part of the documentation submitted to banking partners.

Who can use the Digital Signing Feature?
Only OPS users who capture and submit applications can use the feature. It is not available to QBC-only users.

Is the Digital Signing Feature enabled by default?
No. The feature is opt-in and must be explicitly enabled.

Has anything changed about how I log into or use OPS?
No. The login process and application capture steps remain unchanged.

How do I access the Digital Signing Feature?
Use the existing OPS interface to either:
• Capture a new application, or
• Access a previously captured one
(Not already Bank Submitted state) -
What are the pre-requisites for using the feature?
Application Status → Action to Access Digital Signing.
New Application → Complete and validate the application first.
Existing Application → Must not be submitted to the bank.
Captured but Not Validated → Must be validated before requesting signing. -
How do I initiate a digital signing request?
After validation: The Bond Consultant initiates the request (via the feature enabled in OPS).
A system-generated email is sent to the applicant with a secure signing link. -
How does the applicant complete the signing process?
1. Click the link in the email (redirects to secure platform).
2. Review the OPS Report.
3. Receive an OTP via Zoho.
4. Enter the OTP to unlock the report.
5. Digitally sign the document. -
What if there are errors in the OPS Report
The applicant should contact the Bond Consultant to have the report corrected and resubmitted.
